2: Cleaning of bathrooms including toilets, sinks, urinals, counters, mirrors and sweep/mop floors. This also includes emptying the garbage cans. (Also check paper towels,toilet paper & hand soap replace when needed.)
3: Sweep & Mop floor in dining area, bar & kitchen, then do a final sweep of floor with blue dust mop when dry. (This also includes metal ledge at bar where people put their feet.)
Monday: Wash all bar mats in kitchen then clean up.
Tuesday: Clean all windows inside and sweep & mop stairways to basement.
Wednesday: Clean all windows outside.
Thursday: Clean all baseboard in restaurant.
Friday: Wash all bar mats in kitchen then clean up.

Use just a couple of drops of toilet bowl cleaner for each toilets and urinal.
Use 1 cup of lemon chemical per mop bucket for dining room floors.
Use lemon chemical straight in spray bottle on mats then rinse mats off both sides.
Use spray glass cleaner on doors for the daily glass cleaner.
Use 1/3 bottle ammonia and a squirt of dish soap with 1 gallon of water for the window cleaning bucket for squeegee
